Flim Flam Brothers extravagant

Did this last night, got it done today, and I'm way too lazy to do the background since I stayed up so late working on this.

I tried smudging out the line-art to make it look more traditional, may have messed up though
Made wih a mouse. Please feel free to give any tips, hints, tricks, advice, critique, or point out any flaws so I can improve!
