:Request: OC Franksta test art

Okay, so yeah the hair looks messed up, I was lagging too much because I need to clear up my laptop and the vector was huge XD I did this as a test with my upgraded GIMP software (GPS), and I like it! I couldn't done the nose, and the hair better, but lagged too much.. Done with a mouse. Please feel free to give any tips, tricks, advice, critique, or point out any flaws (besides hair or nose) so I can improve!
